Two days ago, we recommended one of the most anticipated Nintendo games of November – “The 8 Best Nintendo Switch Games of November and December 2025 (Part 1),” which was very well received. Many of you have emailed us asking us to quickly recommend the first wave of Nintendo games to look forward to in November.
Since releasing our first list of recommended games for November, based on player feedback and in-depth research, we’ve compiled a list of several games to look forward to in November, tailored to their anticipated market popularity. We welcome your feedback after the games are released:
DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO will officially debut on November 16, 2025! This game surpasses “Dragon Ball Z: Sparking!” (formerly “Dragon Ball Z Sparking!”) and reaches a new level. The lineup of playable characters is amazing. Learn and master the unique abilities, transformations, and skills of each character.

DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO centers on “classic recreation + original expansion,” constructing a Dragon Ball universe narrative that blends nostalgia with fresh perspectives through multiple protagonist viewpoints and a non-linear choice mechanism.
The game faithfully recreates iconic scenes from the original anime while incorporating original time-space crisis storylines. Combined with branching choices at key junctures, players can relive the bonds and growth of the characters while controlling the story’s direction and unlocking multiple endings.
The game is published by Bandai Namco Entertainment and developed by Spike Chunsoft. Key release information is as follows:
Launch platforms (PS5/Xbox Series X|S/PC Steam): Released globally on October 11, 2024 (some regions show October 10 as a simultaneous unlock), and several DLC character packs (such as characters related to Dragon Ball DAIMA) are currently available.
Nintendo Switch/Nintendo Switch 2 platforms: Scheduled for official release on November 13, 2025.
Version Differences: The NS/NS2 versions will be available in Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, and Digital Sound Ultimate Edition, including a Season Pass (with over 20 additional characters), Summon Shenron/Super Shenron, and other bonuses. They will also support Joy-Con motion controls (such as gesture interactions when performing the “Kamehameha”).
Nintendo Switch Platform Optimization: The NS version of the game can achieve clearer character models and background rendering on the Nintendo Switch™ 2 console through future data updates. This optimization is supported by both the physical and digital versions.
Pre-order information: Pre-orders for the NS/NS2 version are now open. Pre-order customers can download and redeem the game 5 days before the release date to avoid waiting on the release day.
The game’s storyline follows the growth trajectory of core characters like Goku, connecting the most representative classic chapters of the Dragon Ball series, while also introducing the original “Dark Realm” crisis, forming a dual narrative of “historical protection + future redemption”:

The basic plot unfolds from the crisis of the Saiyan invasion of Earth, progressing through key stages such as the Frieza Saga and the Cell Saga.
It fully recreates the epic journey of Goku and his friends fighting against alien invaders, androids, and evil creatures, restoring iconic scenes such as “Goku’s death to protect Earth” and “the fateful showdown in the Cell Games,” and delicately portraying the bonds and sacrifices between the characters.
Original Core Conflict: The mysterious force “Dark Realm,” hidden within a spacetime rift, has quietly awakened. An evil god wielding dark energy attempts to devour the seven universes, triggering a spacetime paradox—past battles begin to distort, and familiar history faces the risk of collapse.
Warriors like Goku, Vegeta, and Trunks must not only confront traditional foes but also transcend spacetime to correct the paradox and protect the balance of the universe.
The story begins with Goku’s older brother Raditz arriving on Earth and kidnapping Goku’s son, Gohan, to force Goku to join the Saiyans. This chapter serves as an introduction to the game, using low-difficulty battles to familiarize players with the controls while presenting their first crucial choice:

Choosing to team up with Piccolo: Creates the “strongest duo on Earth,” where they join forces to fight Raditz. Goku ultimately clings to Raditz with his last breath, allowing Piccolo to pierce them both with his Special Beam Cannon.
After his death, Goku travels to King Kai’s planet to train, preparing for the arrival of the Saiyans Nappa and Vegeta a year later. Goku is eventually resurrected, defeats Nappa, and, with the support of his companions, defeats Vegeta in his Great Ape form, protecting Earth.
Choosing “Go alone”: Triggers a branching storyline where different developments can be unlocked by either defeating Raditz or “surviving for a period of time.”
If Raditz is successfully defeated, Goku and his companions will train together under Kami’s guidance. Later, after Vegeta’s defeat, Goku will propose cooperation ahead of time, laying the groundwork for the Namek Saga and even triggering an additional battle where Vegeta returns to Earth to demand the Dragon Balls.
Following the peaceful period after the Frieza battle, Trunks from the future warns: three years later, the Androids will cause a catastrophe on Earth.
Goku and his friends are diligently training, but an accident occurs when Androids 19 and 20 appear—Goku suffers a heart attack and falls into crisis. He then faces the life-or-death challenge of Cell, who has evolved into his perfect form after absorbing an Android, and the Cell Games he hosts.
Choosing “Wait for Vegeta and the others”: Enters the main storyline “The Cell Games Begin.”
After completing their training, Goku and Gohan head to the battlefield. During the battle, you can trigger the “Return Home” ending by “Unleashing the Kamehameha at full power to quickly defeat Cell,” allowing everyone to safely end the crisis.
If you choose to fight Cell, Goku will concede defeat, placing his hopes on Gohan.
Ultimately, when Cell self-destructs, Goku teleports to King Kai’s planet and sacrifices himself, while Gohan unleashes his power to completely defeat Cell and protect Earth.
Choose “Go Help”:
Unlock the original branch “The Changed Future”. Goku and Gohan arrive at the battlefield ahead of time, rescuing Piccolo from Cell’s defeat and immediately engaging Cell in a final battle.
If you successfully dodge Cell’s Solar Flare and defeat him, the unabsorbed Androids 18, 17, and 16 will appear to fight. After defeating the three, the Androids abandon their murderous intent and leave, creating a peaceful ending completely different from the original story and rewriting the trajectory of the future.
The core storyline features multiple key decision points; different decisions not only alter the course of a single chapter but also influence character relationships and enemy lineups in subsequent chapters.
Some branching paths unlock storylines not presented in the original work (such as Vegeta’s early cooperation or the Androids abandoning their hostility), encouraging players to repeatedly challenge the game and explore all possibilities.
The story mode is divided into multiple chapters based on the main characters.
In addition to Goku’s perspective, you can also supplement the story details through the perspectives of characters such as Vegeta and Trunks, revealing the villains’ motivations and the hidden bonds between characters, making the narrative more three-dimensional and rich.
Through high-quality CG animation and nuanced character dialogue, the game recreates the emotional conflicts between battles—whether it’s Goku’s trust with his friends, Vegeta’s pride and growth, or the Androids’ inner struggles- players can deeply feel the characters’ complexity and enhance their immersion.
The game’s storyline satisfies longtime fans’ nostalgia for classic scenes while introducing fresh elements such as original storylines and time-travel crises.
Beneath the backdrop of intense battles, it continues the core themes of the Dragon Ball series: “bonds, growth, and protection.”
The game features over 180 playable warriors from Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, Dragon Ball GT, and the series’ movies, covering various transformation stages from basic forms to Super Saiyan God and Ultra Instinct.
Each character retains their unique abilities and fighting techniques from the original series—for example, Goku’s Kamehameha and Vegeta’s Gamma Blast. The Android characters, however, possess faster ki recovery (at the cost of not being able to actively build up ki).
Major characters also possess unique high-speed ramming attack mechanisms, making the fighting styles of different characters significantly different and satisfying the diverse choices of fans.
Developed using Unreal Engine 5 and incorporating ray tracing technology, it delivers stunning visuals and a smooth combat experience faithful to the original game:
Unrestricted Combat Space: Supports full 3D free movement and aerial maneuvers, allowing players to float, ascend, and descend in the air, or quickly approach/retreat opponents using short dashes and dragon dashes. Players can even use the Z-burst dash to instantly circle behind enemies, completely breaking free from the limitations of 2D melee combat.
Ultimate Destructive Effects: Classic scenes such as beam collisions and dash attacks are faithfully recreated. Ultimate burst skills possess a devastating visual impact. During combat, the arena environment displays realistic destruction marks with each attack, enhancing the sense of immersion.
Platform-specific optimizations: The PS5 version supports haptic feedback from the DualSense controller (different vibration positions correspond to different attack directions) and 3D sound effects. Combined with the PlayGo function, it enables “download and play instantly,” significantly reducing waiting time.
The combat system, while retaining the classic gameplay of the series, has been optimized and upgraded to create an experience curve that is “easy to learn, difficult to master”:
Core operation logic: Basic attacks, skills, and burst skills are linked through simple button combinations.
The energy system is the core resource – accumulating energy can release 2 types of basic skills and 2 types of burst skills. When the Sparking gauge is full, an extremely powerful ultimate burst skill can be unlocked (ending Sparking! mode after use).
Offense and Defense Game Mechanism: Offering a complete defense and counter-attack system, players can avoid damage through basic defense or counter-attack their opponent’s attacks and burst skills using “Insight” and “Super Insight” skills (some counter-attacks can reflect or negate enemy attacks).
However, be aware that failed defenses will trigger a break or stun state, requiring quick actions to shorten the disadvantageous period, maximizing the strategic depth of offense-defense transitions.
Movement and Pursuit Techniques: In addition to basic movement, advanced movement techniques such as Dragon Dash and Rapid Ascent and Descend can deflect the opponent’s energy blasts while consuming energy, making positioning and evasion in high-speed battles more skillful.
Combined with the character’s exclusive skills, diverse combo combinations can be created.
Story Mode: The non-linear narrative unfolds from the perspectives of eight classic characters, covering classic chapters from the original work, such as the Saiyan Saga and Cell Saga.
It also incorporates original time-space crisis storylines, with branching choices at key points to unlock different IF endings, balancing nostalgia with a fresh experience.
Versus Mode: Supports offline two-player local multiplayer and online two-player co-op (requires PS Plus or other membership services). Players can hone their skills with friends or challenge players worldwide for rankings, satisfying both competitive and social needs.
Creative Gameplay: Supports customizable character combinations and battle scene selection. Players can recreate iconic scenes from the original game or design “dream battles across different titles,” and share the fun of battle through the sharing function.
DRAGON BALL: Sparking! ZERO meticulously caters to fan needs in its detailed design: the digital ultimate edition includes exclusive privileges such as “Summoning Shenron” and “Summoning Super Shenron,” while the ultimate upgrade pack offers personalized content such as the Sun Wukong (Super) Power Pole costume (which unlocks the exclusive burst skill “Power Pole Martial Arts”) and a set of emotionally expressive voice lines.
The game faithfully recreates the original work’s moves and voice acting, and combined with multi-perspective storytelling, allows players to relive the bonds and growth between characters beyond battle, achieving a dual satisfaction of “combat + narrative.” It’s a game worth trying.
Kirby Air Ride (Japanese: カービィのエアライド) is a classic action racing game in the Kirby series, developed by HAL Laboratory and published by Nintendo.
The first game was released on the NGC platform in 2003 and gained immense popularity. The new sequel (Switch 2 exclusive) will be officially released on November 20, 2025.
With “simple controls + deep gameplay + multiplayer fun” as its core features, it has become a highly anticipated title for fans of the series and racing game enthusiasts.

| Project | Content Description |
| Developer / Publisher | Developer: HAL Laboratory (the mainline development team for the Kirby series); Publisher: Nintendo |
| Login platform | Original: GameCube (released July 11, 2003); Newest title: Nintendo Switch™ 2 (exclusive, November 20, 2025) |
| Game Positioning | Action racing game (combining Kirby’s classic copy ability with free flight mechanics) |
| Core Features | Simple one-button controls, multiple game modes, multiplayer online battles, and character/vehicle customization. |
| Pricing and Capacity | Priced at $70 (standard price), game size 25GB (Switch 2 version) |
| Language support | Includes multiple languages such as Japanese, English, German, Italian, and Portuguese, and supports voice announcer switching. |
The game continues the series’ design philosophy of “easy to learn, difficult to master,” employing a revolutionary single-button core control logic that allows players of all ages to quickly immerse themselves while also reserving room for advanced gameplay.
The core button: A (or a custom L/R button), integrates “deceleration, charging, copying ability, and trigger switch.” The vehicle moves forward automatically by default; releasing the button accelerates the vehicle, significantly reducing the learning curve.
Directional control: The left joystick controls steering. Quickly pressing the joystick left and right will trigger “high-speed rotation”, which can be used to ram into enemies, destroy obstacles, or bounce opponents away in multiplayer battles.
Advanced techniques: When gliding, pulling down the joystick will raise the nose of the aircraft, allowing for higher and farther flight (at the cost of reduced speed); pushing up the joystick will cause a dive and acceleration, enabling a quick landing and maintaining high speed; landing parallel to the ground will trigger a “perfect landing,” granting a speed boost and a unique aura effect.
Combining combat and racing: While driving, inhaling enemies with abilities (such as the Sword Knight and the Fiery Elephant) triggers a wheel of copied abilities.
Pressing the A button freezes the movement and randomly grants the corresponding ability (Sword, Fire, Freeze, Tornado, etc.).
Different abilities can be used to attack opponents, destroy terrain, or assist in racing.
Multiple ability combinations: Simultaneously inhaling multiple enemies with abilities unlocks more rare ability options on the wheel, enriching combat strategies and balancing racing efficiency with competitive fun.
The game includes a classic remake mode and a brand-new original mode, covering various needs such as single-player story, multiplayer battles, and free exploration.
Each mode is equipped with a unique achievement list, and achieving the conditions can unlock new vehicles, characters, and tracks.
Core Features: Single-player story mode where players create their own “driving license” (with customizable background, title, and other appearance) and complete various mini-challenges on tracks to advance the story.
Gameplay Highlights: Blends racing, puzzle-solving, and light combat. Hidden side quests and secret areas exist within the tracks, unlocking additional story endings and rare vehicles upon completion.
Gameplay Settings: 1-4 players online/local, choose from 14 or more flying vehicles and characters, and compete for speed on 9 classic tracks (Giant Tree Green Fields, Stream Valleys, Shifting Sands Desert, Frozen World, Vast Sky River, etc.).
Track Features: Each track has unique terrain and mechanisms (such as eruption areas on lava tracks and sliding surfaces on icy tracks). Some tracks support “vehicle switching,” allowing players to switch vehicles mid-race to adapt to the terrain.
Perspective and Rules: The game uses a top-down view, with simplified controls of “direction + acceleration/attack,” similar to a remote-controlled racing game. It supports 1-4 players.
Track Selection: Includes 7 mini-tracks (grass, sand, air, fire, light, water, and iron). The tracks are short and compact, offering a fast-paced and exciting experience, perfect for short bursts of fun.
Core Gameplay: 1-16 player online co-op (new team battle mode added). Freely roam an open-world city map, collecting “patches” to enhance abilities and finding the optimal aircraft within a time limit.
Unique Mechanics: Random events will trigger during your roaming (such as Boss raids and item galore). After the time limit expires, you’ll enter a special mini-game final battle (such as speed challenges, aerial gliding, and free-for-all). Team battles support item sharing among teammates, maximizing strategic cooperation.
Gameplay Highlights: Designed specifically for multiplayer cooperation, players team up to fight against giant enemies (such as the original classic boss, King Didi Di, the giant winged bird, and the one-eyed cloud).
Players need to combine vehicle characteristics and replication abilities to cooperate tacitly. Defeating the boss will unlock limited rewards.
Classic characters return: Kirby (the core protagonist, capable of copying all abilities), King Dee Dee (a strength-type character with higher impact damage), and Meta Knight (a speed-type character with more agile maneuvering).
Character Characteristics: Each character has unique base attribute bonuses (such as Kirby’s ability adaptability, King Dee Dee’s defense, and Meta Knight’s speed), but the control logic remains the same, not affecting the learning curve.
Diverse Design: Includes vehicles with different roles such as speed, balance, power, and aerial mobility. Some vehicles can be unlocked through achievements.
Suitable Scenarios: Speed vehicles are suitable for straight tracks, aerial vehicles excel at gliding tracks, and power vehicles have a clear advantage in competitive modes. Players can freely choose according to the track and gameplay.
Personalization: Customize your driver’s license appearance and unlock vehicle decorations (obtained through the achievement system).
Ranking System: Similar to the ranking system in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, it uses colors to distinguish player skill levels and supports online leaderboards to meet competitive needs.
As a Switch 2 exclusive, the game fully utilizes the console’s hardware capabilities, delivering a comprehensive upgrade to the gaming experience:
Kirby Air Ride is both a tribute to and an innovation of the NGC classic, and a brand-new exploration of the racing genre by the Kirby series.
Simple controls lower the barrier to entry, diverse modes cater to different player needs, and the hardware support of the Switch 2 elevates the graphics and online experience to a new level. Coupled with the promise of complete content without DLC, it becomes an exclusive masterpiece for the Switch 2 platform in 2025.
Whether you’re a series fan or a player who enjoys easy racing and multiplayer fun, you’ll find your own enjoyment in this game.
This is a heartwarming simulation game developed and published by Nippon Columbia, specifically designed for the Nintendo Switch platform. It continues the iconic, cute style and casual core of the “Sumikko Gurashi” series.
The game’s core gameplay revolves around “building a dream island together,” providing players with a relaxing and therapeutic gaming experience.

In this game, you’ll work with the Sumikko Gurashi to create a comfortable and ideal island.
Players will collect “materials” together, fulfill the Sumikko Gurashi’s “requests,” craft items to place on the island, and increase its popularity!
As the island’s popularity grows, the space available for activities will expand, more Sumikko Gurashi will come to visit after hearing positive feedback, and there will be even more things to do.

The game begins on a deserted island. Players must cooperate with their friends to collect materials and fulfill character requests, gradually building structures and decorations to transform the deserted island into a cozy and livable dream island.
The building system is rich and diverse, encompassing different types of buildings, including residences, recreational facilities, and production buildings. Examples include cottages for friends to relax in, whimsical swings, and farmland for growing fruits and vegetables.
Players can freely plan the island’s layout, embellishing the scene with tiles, plants, and seasonal decorations to create their own personalized island.
The island boasts a complete four-season system, with each season presenting distinct scenery (such as cherry blossoms in spring and snow-covered landscapes in winter), along with changes in collectible materials and unlockable content.
The island’s inhabitants are very attentive to the changing seasons, and players must place corresponding decorations and buildings according to seasonal characteristics to keep them cheerful.
Resource collection is easy and stress-free, allowing players to harvest fruits and vegetables and obtain materials by exploring island corners. No intense grinding is required, perfectly aligning with the casual game’s positioning.
The game features classic characters from the Sumikko Gurashi series, such as Polar Bear, Cat, and Tonkatsu, each retaining their unique personality and habits.
Players must meet the needs of their friends (such as providing food and building their own facilities) to build close relationships with them.
The character interactions are incredibly heartwarming; the friends will perform various adorable actions based on the island’s facilities—playing on the swings, enjoying dumplings while admiring flowers, and even actively interacting with the player.
Furthermore, the game offers a rich character costume system, allowing players to dress up their friends in various outfits and unlock even more adorable looks.
The game features a built-in camera system, allowing players to capture adorable moments with their friends at any time. Whether it’s a seasonal flower-viewing scene or a fun interaction between characters, all can be saved to the album for later reliving.
The photo function allows for free adjustment of angles and scenes, letting players become “corner friend photographers,” recording every heartwarming moment of island building and character interactions.
Continuing the series’ signature Japanese cartoon art style, the characters are rounded and adorable, the color scheme is soft and warm, and the scene details are full of childlike fun.
Paired with gentle and soothing background music, it creates a relaxing and stress-relieving gaming atmosphere, becoming a “spiritual sanctuary” in a fast-paced life, suitable for players of all ages for leisure and entertainment.

The game has no mandatory daily tasks, no leaderboard competition, and no pay-to-win elements; all content can be unlocked through easy gameplay.
The controls are simple and easy to learn. Building, planting, and interacting can be done with simple clicks and drags. Whether during your commute or before bed, you can open the game anytime for a moment of relaxation.

The game features a wealth of unlockable buildings, decorative items, character outfits, and seasonal content. As island development progresses and seasons change, new elements are constantly unlocked, ensuring a fresh experience for long-term play. Future updates may introduce new characters, scenes, and gameplay mechanics, extending the game’s lifespan.

Terminator 2D: NO FATE is an officially licensed 2D side-scrolling action game developed by the British independent studio Bitmap Bureau and published by Reef Entertainment. It is an adaptation of the classic science fiction film Terminator 2: Judgment Day, directed by James Cameron.
The game recreates the essence of the film with a retro pixel art style, blending arcade-style fast-paced combat with multiple branching storylines.
It delivers a Terminator universe adventure that combines nostalgia with innovative gameplay, and currently boasts an 83% player recommendation rate and a 7.0 rating (higher than 14% of action games).

The game was initially planned for a unified release on all platforms on September 5, 2025. However, the official release was later adjusted to a phased release across different platforms. The final confirmed release dates are as follows:
The game covers all major gaming platforms, meeting the hardware needs of different players:
The game faithfully continues the main storyline of the movie while expanding on untold side stories, creating a dual narrative structure of “classic recreation + original extension”.

Players will travel between the modern and future timelines, controlling three core characters in a battle against Skynet:
The highlight of Terminator 2D: NO FATE’s plot lies in the recreation of classic movie scenes and the setting of multiple endings.
From the fierce battle at the Los Angeles Police Department and the showdown at the steel mill, to the original secret mission of the resistance, the player’s choices will directly affect the fate of humanity and ultimately unlock different endings, including the recreation of the iconic scene of the T-800 sinking into the furnace.
The core gameplay blends classic side-scrolling shooter elements from games like Contra and Metal Slug, while incorporating diverse mechanics such as stealth and puzzle-solving, creating a fast-paced and exciting combat experience.
Players can fight enemies through shooting, dodging, and melee combat. Some levels require clever use of the terrain to evade the T-1000’s bladed attacks or to solve wall mechanisms to advance (some players have commented that the level design is similar to the puzzle logic in Prince of Persia).
The three characters each possess a unique combat style:
Terminator 2D: NO FATE offers six core modes to cater to the needs of different players:
The opponents encompass a variety of war machines under Skynet, ranging from conventional mechanical soldiers to heavily armed heavy mechs, each with unique attack methods and weaknesses.
The core villain, the T-800, will appear in different forms across multiple levels, unleashing adrenaline-pumping boss battles that require a combination of character traits and environmental interactions to defeat.
Employing a nostalgic 2D pixel art style, the game accurately recreates classic scenes, character designs, and iconic weapons from the film, while enhancing the combat’s expressiveness through detailed animation effects.
In terms of sound, it not only remasters the classic soundtrack from Terminator 2: Judgment Day but also adds brand-new original tracks, creating an auditory experience comparable to the film’s original soundtrack and strengthening the sci-fi war atmosphere.
It faithfully replicates iconic scenes and core plot points from the movies, allowing longtime fans to relive their nostalgia; at the same time, it adds new story dimensions to the Terminator universe through original subplots, a future war perspective, and multiple endings, achieving a dual satisfaction of “nostalgia-driven” and “innovation-driven” approaches.
The game is available on all major gaming platforms, including PC (Steam, etc.), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch, catering to the hardware needs of different players.
It supports multiple languages, including Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese, eliminating language barriers for Chinese players.
Positioned at a “beginner-friendly” difficulty level, the game features simple and easy-to-learn controls, making it suitable for casual players.
At the same time, it provides challenging opportunities for core players through high-score leaderboards, high-difficulty modes, and in-depth combat skills, catering to the needs of players of different skill levels.
Whether you’re looking for exhilarating combat or immersing yourself in a sci-fi story, you’ll find enjoyment in this game.
